Deg I Cank Festival A Success! Febuary 17,2001 was the First and Tenth Annual Deg I Cank Time Quake Festival. Matt Harrison Started the evening off with his unique blend of Folk Favorites. Up next was the Corey Lindberg Quintet with a stunning interpretation of the classic "Get Nuts!". Mousalaki followed with an unbelivable set of jams that were layered with complex rythyms and melodic joy. Next up was Moss Watson, a local Jazz/funk/hiphop/kitchen sink band that got the party moving with killa' beats, beautiful vocal harmanies and trance like grooves. Closing up for the night was Planet 22 who reached new hieghts operating at power level 3. Pat Panang was seen at the degicank fest, and artists worked on a 8x5 ft. canvas. Thanks to everybody who made it happen.br>
Pat Panang may be in some trouble... right now he is staying in a disenchantment center, but Rocco from his band called and told me they'd have a new album within 3 weeks.
